Graphic Design

• Develop visual content for digital learning materials, banner designs, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all graphic designs adhere to branding guidelines and enhance the visual appeal of
educational content.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design principles, exceptional skills in design and prototyping tools, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications. This role requires a proactive, independent thinker who can collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on both web and mobile applications.
• Extensive knowledge of core UX design principles and tools.
• Proficient in design hand-offs, design QA processes, and ensuring seamless transitions between
design stages.
• High proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator,
CorelDraw, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated ability to independently seek clarity on design directions and follow through with
detailed design deliverables.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, product owners,
and engineering stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills for engaging in design discussions.
• Strong advocacy for user-centric design and the ability to persuade stakeholders of its
importance.
• Preferably trained at leading design schools.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
• Design low and high-fidelity mockup screens, ensuring UI consistency and adherence to
usability guidelines.
• Create key UX artifacts such as conceptual maps, storyboards, prototypes, patterns, information
architecture (IA), workflows, and design specifications.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to clearly illustrate functionality and aesthetics.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various
devices and interfaces.
• Utilize design theories such as Gestalt principles, Hick’s Law, and the Fitts’ Law to enhance
usability and user experience.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in the energy management or renewable energy domain, particularly with
embedded, telecom, or hardware products.
• Experience working with international teams from diverse nationalities and workstreams.
• Participation in national and international design competitions, design awards, public speaking
assignments, patents ownership, publications, and engagement with academic circles and the
startup community.
• Demonstrated aptitude for continuously exploring and learning new skills, techniques, and
tools.
